We arrived in Iceland in mid October for 2 weeks. From the time we first contact Holly at the office, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like a returning customer. This was our first trip to Iceland, and we could not have been happier that to book with CampEasy. Holly explained everything in detail to us, including how to make it a more comfortable trip by giving us a couple of extra chairs and a table. Using the tablet was a breeze for finding our way around, although I think the maps could do with an update with the new roads being opened, and others closed off. It was very handy for finding camping grounds at short notice, as we had noticed that people arrived quite late in the evening at the camp sites. When dropping the camper van off, we left Holly with a surprise of a jar of Vegemite, which I hope she has enjoyed! Camp easy were absolutely fantastic from the moment I picked the van up to when they dropped us back at the airport! Can’t fault these guys at all and the little van we had was also superb and tackled every little challenge with ease, comfort and reliability! Their local knowledge and the use of the provided tablet definitely made it easy to get the most out of our experience in Iceland, everything was easy and very well put together. Even with an unfortunate accident along the way, Gylfi and Holly went out of their way and made the whole experience a very pleasant one. We rented the Easy Fun size camper and it was perfect! We appreciated having a place to sit and eat inside the van, the wind can be strong and cold, and the larger bed. The campervan was well maintained and had everything we needed. We would certainly rent from CampEasy again, they were very easy to work with, prepared, and got us on the road quickly. This was our second time using CampEasy in 12 months and would thoroughly recommend them – the vans are great and well equipped for the type of holiday. They also treat loyal customers well and we felt really well looked after, especially by Holly and Yohann.
