Easy Shuttle Service
So you picked our free shuttle service as part of your rental? Great! Please note that we provide the shuttle service only within our office opening hours which are 8:00-16:30 (8 am-4:30 pm).
We know how confusing it can get when you land in a new place and have no clue which direction to take. Therefore we created this short guide to assist you in reaching our shuttle easily.
Arrival
Once you collected your luggage and passed through customs, you will find yourself in the arrival part of the terminal.
Call
This is when you call us at +354 5711310 to let us know you are ready to be picked up. It takes us about 10 minutes to reach the airport.
Exit
After the call, you should head to the nearest exit, which is located ahead of you. A little to the left, you will spot the information point.
Still not sure?
If you’re still unsure whether you’re heading towards the right direction, check if there’s a statue of four silver men right outside to the left.
P2 Parking
If there is, you can also see the P2 Parking a bit further, where one of our team members will await you.

You should keep an eye on one of our shuttle buses:
After noticing the shuttle bus, please approach it. Our staff will greet you and drive to our office to start the rental process.
Self-Service
Hey! Did you choose our 24/7 Self-Service feature? You can still use the free Easy Shuttle as long as your pick-up/drop-off time is between 8:00 – 16:30 (8 am – 4:30 pm). Just follow the steps above.
If you’re arriving outside our opening hours, you can call the taxi at +354 420 1212 or +354 588 5522 and collect your camper at Selvik 5.
