Experience the Seven-Step Sky Ritual

Blessed with geothermal heating and a stunning landscape, Icelanders have long come to warm pools for relaxation and connection. Over the centuries, they developed a way to combine the healing powers of warm water, cold water, warm steam, dry heat, and fresh air. They use our traditions to integrate these natural elements to promote our wellbeing, inside and out. The Sky Lagoon Iceland is proud to share it in the seven-step Sky Ritual.

The traditions of bathing culture are integral to the Icelandic way of life.

And that is the core of the Sky Lagoon experience.
