The Boat Tour in Fjallsárlón Glacier Lagoon is one of the must-do activities we here at CampEasy recommend for you. The lagoon is located at the south end of the Icelandic Vatnajökull Glacier. It is one of the fascinating places in Iceland, even though it is slightly smaller than Jökulsárlon, Fjallsárlón Glacier Lagoon is similar and just as mesmerizing and less-known, in other words – not as busy and crowded as its neighbor.
Fjallsárlón operates the tour daily in small Zodiac boats. A maximum capacity of 10 people makes the overall experience even more exclusive and unique. The powerful Icelandic Nature has carved the surrounding area throughout the centuries. The floating icebergs and the colors create a stunning scenario, and it’s perfect for pictures, basically a photographer’s paradise. This adventure tour will allow you to connect with nature in a way you have never experienced before.
