Affiliate Partner Promotion Rules

To ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership, all affiliate partners must follow the rules below when promoting our offers and directing traffic to our website.

1. Approved Traffic Sources

Affiliates are allowed to promote our brand using the following channels:

  • Content websites & blogs related to travel, road trips, Iceland tourism, camper van experiences, etc.
  • YouTube channels, if the content is organic and relevant (e.g., travel vlogs, gear reviews, Iceland itineraries).
  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) through original posts, stories, and reels.
  • Email marketing, provided the recipient list is opt-in and compliant with all applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) on affiliate-owned content pages.
  • Non-branded paid advertising on search engines (e.g., “camper van rental in Iceland”), with prior written approval.

2. Prohibited Traffic Sources

The following methods are strictly prohibited:

  • Brand name bidding in paid search (e.g., using “CampEasy” as a keyword in Google Ads).
  • Direct linking from paid ads to our website without prior approval.
  • Use of misleading messaging, such as false coupon claims or promises of unavailable offers.
  • Pop-ups, pop-unders, or forced redirects that lead users to our website.
  • Spam or unsolicited messages via email, forums, or comment sections.
  • Incentivized traffic, such as offering cashback or rewards, without prior agreement.
  • Generate traffic using “CampEasy Promo codes” or similar search keys.

3. Coupon Usage Policy

Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that have been officially provided and explicitly approved for use by our company. If no coupon has been granted, affiliates are not allowed to promote any discount codes under any circumstances.

The use of self-generated, misleading, expired, or any coupon codes not officially provided by our company is strictly prohibited and may result in commission cancellation and/or removal from the affiliate program.

4. Transparency & Accuracy

All promotional content must:

  • Accurately describe our services and offers.
  • Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where legally required.
  • Maintain a professional and trustworthy tone aligned with our brand values.

5. Content Quality

Affiliates are encouraged to:

  • Share personal experiences, reviews, or travel tips related to Iceland and camper van travel.
  • Use high-quality visuals (photos, videos, reels).
  • Tag our official social media accounts when posting on Instagram or Facebook.

6. Violations & Termination

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

  • Suspension of the affiliate account.
  • Cancellation of commissions earned through prohibited methods.
  • Permanent removal from our affiliate program.
