It’s one of the ice tongues of the Vatnajökull glacier and is easily accessible from Ring Road. What’s more Svínafellsjökull is a part of the Diamond Circle – a sightseeing route in the Northeast of Iceland. Svínfellsjökull is a perfect place to see the glacier up closer.
